A Day In Indy

Today was pretty awesome. My mom, my dad, my friend kurt, and me all went to Indy together. Once we arived, after a two hour drive, we stoped at Don Pablos for some of the best mexican food on the planet. I had some chips with salsa, followed by amazing chicken tacos, toped off with not so great apple pie and ice cream. Over all the food was quite amazing, but also quite expensive.

Once we were all done, we headed to the Circle Center Mall located next to the RCA Dome. Made a stop into EB Games, looked around. Found an interesting add that said "Gameplay Garenteed". Not sure what it ment, sounded like you pay 50 dollars and continuessly play a game return it, get a new one, and repeat. I didn't care to ask for more details though. I herd the store clerk mention that the PSP was comming out on March 15th, but I don't know how credible that is.

After that we headed to the massive GameWorks arcade. Kurt and Me both purchased $15 game cards, which translates into $23 each in games (odd priceing system). I was dissapointed to learn that they had closed down their section for ticket games. So we spent on money on just about every random game there. One of my personal favorites was JamboSafari in which you play a Samfari person that is captureing animals for "research", but I prefer to think of it as playing the role of a poucher (sp?) out to destroy.

Once done at the arcade, we made our journey home. Before completely leaveing Indy we stopped for food though. My meal ended up being a double chocolate cookie from subway (rather stale ), a small sprite and 2 cheese burgers with just ketchup and mustard from Burger King, and a small frosty from Wendy's. It was pretty good.

Now I am home upping my post count at GC. I was suprised to see so few new posts added since my departure. I suppose that makes it a lot easier for me to win that contest though.

So yeah, today was pretty awesome.
